I like everything from electronica to grindcore.... I was actually going to try to get tickets for the Decemberist but its kind of expensive and I don't like them THAT much. I was thinking about heading to the whiskey or the Viper room or some shit....

OK, so I mean $7 to sit in the back is expensive? Might I suggest www.laweekly.com and why dont you look on the GV website for a show or hob.com troubadour.com that shoudl get your started.
