Ribbon-cutting today at Indio's first gay nightclub

There will be a ribbon-cutting today (10/11/07) at noon at El Destino Nighclub at Cabaret, Cabaret & Bistro, 83-085 Indio Blvd. The gay nightclub opened to the public on Friday but today's ceremony will be the Chamber of Commerce kickoff.

The bar is open 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Wednesday and 3 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.
