The Adam Carolla with Danny Bonaduce

I use to think Adam Carolla was such an unfunny blowhard deuschebag bro when he was on loveline, man show, etc. until i started listening to his morning show. The guy is fucking hilarious and quite poinaint, very witty, and has a lot to say. Always loved the the Duce though!

Worst SoCal talk show: Frosty Heidi and Frank

EDIT: Ugh, sorry, i totally meant to put this in the Misc. Lounge...

Car Talk is the one show I really don't enjoy on NPR. I guess it's more a guy thing?

Car Talk is hilarious. I love their accents and their sense of humor, and I know jack-shit about cars.

I mostly listen to Diane Rehm. When it's way too dry and boring, I turn on my music.

Ralph's impression of Don Imus is funnier than Don Imus.

Stephanie Miller and Thom Hartmann both rock my socks off. Randi's fun, but I get less actual news from her.

I listened to Paul Harvey as a child, but I didn't know until I grew up what a conservative bastard he is. Rude to restaurant employees too (I witnessed this myself at the Original Pancake House -- "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM???")

I like Coast to Coast AM.More so with Art Bell, but George Noory is fine also.I particularly like when they have physicists on discussing time travel, nature of the universe, alternate dimensions, etc.
Also George Takei on Stern this past week was awesome!

Howard Stern. No one in the world does a better celebrity interview. No one.
This is so true. This was true of Larry King when he was solely on the radio (hard as that might be to believe!)
It has something to do with bluntness, and a keen and genuine interest in what makes people tick.
Worst interviewer:Ryan Seacrest
2nd best interviewer:Ali G

No love for Ron & Fez? Ron Bennington is a damn genius. That's the only show I can't miss.

Not really talk shows, but I love the 1-2 punch of Wait Wait Don't Tell Me and This American Life saturday morning/afternoons on NPR.

EDIT- I've never really heard Stern, but I don't know- Ron is an amazing celebrity interviewer. I found myself sitting in my car at my destination the other day to hear the end of his interview with James Lipton. If you can make James Lipton interesting...

XM gave him a separate show just interviewing comedians.
