I was very impressed with Hybrid's set. I thought Perry's vocal contribution was Awesome.

I'm only going to roll one of the three nights. It will probably not be Friday because I'll be exhausted and irritable by Sunday so I am thinking the T-Shirt Extravaganza will be either Saturday or Sunday evening, depending on which acts are playing.* And I think it has to be at night, because I don't want to roll during the day! But either way, the entire thing will be semi-Democratic, and I think we should at least make it seem like everyone else can make their opinions re: the Dave Wang meet count.


*If Basement Jaxx or the Chemical Brothers are playing that will seriously influence the results.

We should do the meet up Saturday or which ever day has the best line up.

i was at the lcd soundsystem/arcade fire show this september at shoreline ampitheatre and i decided that since i had seen AF at berkeley like two months earlier i was going to leave after LCD to run up to the city to watch SMD at the mezzanine. 100% worth it. they sounded amazing.

my buddy saw the saw the same show in NYC and said LCD showed them up. i love arcade fire, but i was so stoked to watch SMD blow the roof off the mezzanine. i danced my ass off (the fabulous drugs i ended up getting didn't hurt either....)

I'm pretty sure Depeche ended before Daft Punk started. GV does a good job of limiting major conflicts like that. Just like Radiohead got off stage before Kraftwerk started in '04. And NIN were done before Prodigy came out in '05.
