You could tell matt and adam were getting tired of Sealab in the last season. The themes kept getting more outlandish and the humor less subtle. Frisky Dingo is a better mix of the two. I also like that the episodes follow a storyline. Killface is the best character on Adult Swim (nod to the Xtacles for best group).

i was absolutely addicted to 12 oz mouse. while i saw the whole matrix thing coming a mile away, i still liked the complexities of the plot and manipulation of time and place. still way too many unanswered questions, though.
