With the previous additions the lineup was looking really strong, and now it's even stronger. Prince's show will be amazing, a one-in-a-lifetime experiece, and we're the ONLY FESTIVAL he's playing!! Even if he decides to play some more shows (which I doubt), Coachella will be the first one and we'll be there, just like Daft Punk back in 06, take that lolla and bonaroo!

you know what i've always thought was interesting, if you look in the liner notes of Pretty Hate Machine Prince is listed in the "thank you"s. albeit for what i think was a demo drumtrack ripped from Graffiti Bridge.

seen Prince 4 times (in Hawaii and in vegas at the pearl)......will be happy to see him again!
this will be a great opportunity for people who would not pay (or afford) to see him...enjoy what i have already experienced. Prince is a complete performer...plus he would put most "rock guitarist" to shame! Plus to see him in a festival setting is gonna be a treat!

This year's line-up was already awesome (despite what some people say)...but it just got better! The icing on the cake! (unless there is another "trick")

Yes, but I'd rephrase that personally as - my opportunities to see Prince would be in large arenas where I'd pay a lot to sit in a stadium seat and see nothing. So I keep not going to shows when he tours. This is totally different in my mind.

Prince is probably one of the greatest artists of his generation, and certainly up there of all time.

His live shows are incredible, he's a showman through and through.
