We already have an official set times thread (no myspace set times allowed). So here is the thread for set times found on myspace.

Obviously, all set times of 8pm are to be ignored since that is the default myspace set time. I also chose to ignore anything marked 12pm, since they are probably just indicating the start time of the festival.

So, here are the ones I've found so far:

FRIDAY:

American Bang: 1pm
Vampire Weekend: 1pm
Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings: 6pm
The Verve: 9pm

SATURDAY:

Minus the Bear: 1pm
Cold War Kids: 1pm
the Bird and the Bee: 2pm
DeVotchKa: 5pm
Cafe Tacvba: 6pm
Kraftwerk: 10pm

SUNDAY:

Chromeo: 2pm
Dimitri from Paris: 3pm
Murs: 3pm
Autolux: 5pm

How would Kraftwerk at 10pm work (assuming it's main stage)? There's no time for another major headliner (aka Prince) to come on after (assuming they need to shut down by 12:15am or so). And the previous band (aka Portishead) would of finished about a half hour earlier (9:30pm) and had played for an hour and 15 mins or so (so they would of started 8:15pm) with 20 minutes prior to the last act finishing (DCFC or Cafe Tacuba) which would of started around 7:00pm. So yeah, that is all confusing, but 10pm doesn't work for Kraftwerk.

menik, you summed up what was just going through my head. I'm wondering how that would've worked BEFORE the Prince add. If Kraftwerk gets more time than Portishead, I will be supremely disappointed. Unless it means they're in the Sahara and Prince conflicts on Main Stage. In which case, I win because I don't care for Kraftwerk, but 95% of the board loses.

I don't know why everybody thinks Portishead deserves this huge fucking set time. They only have 3 albums an hour is enough for them. JAMC got 55 minutes and Bjork got an hour and 15 minutes.

it makes sense if this was prior to prince.

Main Stage
Kraftwerk 10-12
Portishead 8:30-9:35
Death Cab 7:15-8:05
Cafe Tacuva 6-6:50

Death Cab or Cafe Tacuva needs to be moved to the outdoor theatre and Kraftwerk's set time cut a bit to make room for Prince.

i vote DCFC headlines the outdoor theatre since Kraftwerk and Cafe Tacvba were announced to be on the main stage.

Yeah, it's possible some of those 1pm ones aren't right, and were just labeled that because it's close to the festival start time. I bet the rest are accurate though.

I don't think VW will play that early. They are too hyped to open the fest.

Not on the mainstage, that makes perfect sense, IMO.

Paul T. actually stated that he originally wanted Cafe Tacvba on the main but that they specifically requested to be on the outdoor stage because they liked it so much last time they performed at the fest. I say Cafe Tacuba is the outdoor headliner and will definitely conflict with at least one act on the PortisPrinceWerk main stage. I'm still up in the air on where the fuck DCFC will be.

I doubt kraft is getting a two hour set, and maybe now they will close out sahara...

sidenote: Verve at 9pm so I guess they will be on just before JJ
