If ya don't mind, I'm going to vent just a little here.

Every year I end up telling myself that there's no way in hell I'm going to get mixed up with another Coachella.
Now, If I were like most people and got tickets, went in where the normal people go in, did what the normal do, I wouldnt be singing this tune.
Instead, I deal with all of the posers, lemmings, and other mixed up nobody's who have yet to figure out how to organize such a huge event.
For example, the passes, wrist bands, stickers, cock rings, or what ever fucking lame ass credentials I need to have on me or in my truck just to do my job.
From what I understand, the lack of field passes and wrist bands is the result of the people who handed them out to people who then sell them or give them away to other people.
I can understand GV's concern with this.
I don't understand why we deal with this year after year?
So now, people who have no place being back stage, side stage or on stage end up with these wrist bands and passes that were intended for idiots like me so we can do our fucking jobs.
This morning I needed to get different wrist bands and field passes which for some reason, nobody could find.
Well no shit fuck stick.
Thats what happens when you give these fucking things to all the little cock suckers who have no reason for having them in the first place.
They arnt working.
Why do they have them?
They just wanna look cool with all the purdy colored wrist bands.
So now, like the dumb fuck that I am for taking the job in the first place,
I have to wait around for someone to do a rectal cranial inversion and bring me what I need so I can finish up and get the hell outa there.
Time is money.....I waste enough time there in the first place.
Now, I have to blow another 1-2 hours of my time waiting for a piece of shit wrist band?
Well fuck me!
In closing, I'd like to thank those who gave away or sold these all mighty wrist bands and passes to people who are now in my way and costing me even more of my time.

Thank You! If there's dirt to be moved or fuel to be pumped, he's the man, but I'm the woman and there's music to be shared! I got to spend about 20 minutes with him on Friday Nite, and then last nite, as soon as we arrived those guys had another crisis he needed to fix. Trust me, finding a needle in a hatstack woulda been easier! By the time he was able to head to the Sahara, I was on my way to the main stage! Thank God for a moment of audible phone use and that lit green palm by the food court!

Ya know, regardless of all the long hrs, head butting and sacrifices I make,
Coachella is still one of those special events that I'm thankful to be a part of.
I've met cool people from all over the world and have seen and done things that most people would normally never have the chance to do.
One of my clients is Best Beverage.
Niels, who runs the food and beverage part is a friend before business.....
When a friend needs help, I'm there....
Maybe it's a carma thing?
I dunno.....thats just how I am.
Is all this worth the money, the passes, and the perks?
