fun show...

side note, lohan (my fav) was checking them out, and some bro looking jack johnson fan full on grabbed her and she flipped out on him pointing and yelling, and sat back down, shaking her head as the lil girl she was with was like "what happened are yo ok?" and then like 4 minutes later stormed off kz the dudes kept talking shit...

Definately one of my favorite acts this year; such great energy, and I love it when young bands seem genuinely excited and appreciative to be playing Coachella.

Caught the last song. Looked like the crowd was rocking out hard to them. Sad I was too tired Sunday to do anything.

It was total amatuer night at the Mojave tent that day

I would be lying if I said I didn't come to Coachella to see these guys

It was like hearing your Dad lie for the first time - it was all hype about these guys

trust me I love their sound I remeber when I first heard these guys like almost two fucking years ago and followed them til about Sunday when they played that awful set

I saw them at Slims in S.F. on Saturday. They ruled! They let a bunch of people on stage for the last song. I got up there and danced. So much fun! They seriously rocked! I brought a couple people who had never heard of them and they are big fans now.

especially when all but two members of the band are actually on contract for a year to be in said band...

I thought they were crap. They sounded like crap. The vocals were like crap.

some of their slower stuff sounds too much like bloc party, I like their faster harder stuff a lot though.

saw them again at the Glass House last week and everybody was there for them because after their set was over, there was only about 30 people left for the headliner...

DIOYY? was amazing.
The guitar player was really fucked up or drunk though. It was hilarious. He fucked up the intro for one song and everyone in the band gave him a huge stare, and he started laughing.

He sure did, it was the beginning of "Dawn of the Dead" but it wasn't only him, the keyboard and the drums were all off...syncing problem? It was a trainwreck but they quickly corrected it.

I rocked out so hard during their set, I was super pumped to see them to begin with having just gotten into them before coming to Coachella. There was so much energy in that crowd, I am going to see them again next weekend on the east coast thankfully because I cant stop bouncing around thinking about it

July 26th at the Echo. Damn, they are going to tear it up so bad in a venue that small.

lol they are cursed... happened when Yo! Majesty played the night before in the Gobi too. Went up against Islands, Kraftwerk, andRilo Kiley... so there were about 30 people for their set there too. But the 10 minutes I saw of them, they were fun (I left Islands a little early and was wandering towards the main and caught a little of them).

Eventhough they played in the Gobi, Sia was anything but amateur that night in the Mojave. One of the best performances of the weekend.

i was really really excited to check out these guys. ive been a fan for a while and i was really disappointed. they fell FLAT with the first few tunes. As they picked up, it seemed too late and they lost me.
i still really like them and accepted it might have been any number of things, but it didnt translate at coachella.

I was hoping for a whole lot more and I think they are more than capable.
