No, I just like playing with haircuts as well. I'm actually trying to grow my hair out right now (much the same as your pic). It's weird that people will talk to me differently when my hair is long versus short. People will refer to me as "sir" when it's short. You seem to be assuming that cops only fuck with people who "look like they could be trouble." Which apparently means tall people? Well, I hate to inform you but that's just not the case. Cops generally like flexing power over the powerless, and this includes smaller folks.

Had a friend who was 5'2" in high school. Cops loved hassling him. Also had a friend who was mildly retarded and happened to like smoking weed. He'd get pulled over at least once a week when the cops figured out that he was an easy bust.

Point being, if you give just about any regular person the power to fuck with others, they generally will. Civilians are already effectively powerless compared to police, so it doesn't matter whether they're big or small--it's still fucking with the little guy.
