I'll be the headliner of that same event in september, I booked a couple other shows, and terrifyingly, I'll be playing at CiRCA at the end of the summer. that's the club that gets people like modeselektor, grandmaster flash, boys noize, crookers, and people I hate like justice and tiesto, to name a few

I try not to let anything become a staple, save for a couple of mildly complicated mashups I do. chase and status vs boys noize vs feist is always good (eastern jam vs moon my man vs moon my man). this time was the first time I dropped prodigy-SMBU vs Roule-Together vs Deadmau5- reward is cheese. epic breakdown, went over well.

I really like trying to work older songs into a set to get people listening to something they might not otherwise. like mixing kraftwerk-radioactivity into cicada-the things you say. more than anything, I need a hard kick, and big bass
