Sarah Mclachlan. My personal favorite and arguably the best.

She's sounds as good live as she does on album. Her vocals have also gone well with a variety of trance and remixed songs. Plus points for writing a lot of her own lyrics.

I know the opinions around here about billy corgan but I was really surprised by how good his voice sounds live when I saw him at the bridge school benefit this past summer.
And Sarah Mclachlan has the voice of an angel!!!

Did he ever find his car keys?

Are we talking personal favorite or actual best voice? Personally I'm a huge fan of Maynard and Yorke but I realize that structurally Matt Bellamy and Bjork are better.
