So you agree that this isn't exactly "old news" then?...Don't get me wrong - people have been calling out the Smiths rumours as bullshit for years, yes...however...this is as close as we've come to actually putting an official squash on 'em for this year.

At this point it is safe to assume that we will be at least getting Moz for a Coachella performance. With a schedule like that, it's seriously a no-brainer. NO BRAINER!

On the matter of The Smiths. It is certainly possible, and would be a huge announcement for the headliner likes. Will we be getting a "one-time" and one time only performance from The Smiths at Coachella? Will Moz change all of his shows after April 15th into Smiths shows across Ireland, UK, and beyond? Who knows...

Dude, I guess ya got me, but...I certainly wasn't looking for this in the "music lounge" of all places. How does this discussion not originate in the "Rumours/Gossip/Wish List" thread?! I guess my problem is this: - In the past I have REALLY TRIED to do the search engine thing, but wound up never getting anywhere for up to the date (this Pitchfork article was posted on the 18'th) info. Secondly, I'm one of those few and far between folks that doesn't get my period when any particular Coachella issue gets mentioned on multiple threads. Life goes on, ya know?
Funny thing is...I only "kinda" like The Smiths.
