That is going to be awesome! been wanting to see him live for a while. Are they any good live?

Not so much a they as a him. And yeah, it's a fun show. How have you managed to miss him live? He's been touring non-stop since Night Ripper.

I don't understand. The website Consequence of Sound is saying that Girl Talk is confirmed just because of some post on this message board? And then you are linking to the website as confirmation? That doesn't really sound like very good proof.

I just think that when unitedwestand posted this link to a "confirmation" from a website, it makes it look more valid than it actually is. Who knows if the poster hammerandasickle is actually giving us good information. IMO, a message board post can be easily fabricated just for the fun of it (we've seen it done here before plenty of times), and is not a strong source of information.

That said, given Girl Talk's constant touring, and Goldenvoice's previous relationship with him, it seems likely that he would be at Coachella. Although honestly, I'm not really that excited. Girl Talk is kinda meh to me so I'll probably be at another stage if he comes.

Last year Consequnce of Sound's list was pretty reliable. I remember a couple of bands they said were nowhere to be found. I'm still disapointed Deltron 3030 didn't play.

Just saw him on the 29th in Vegas. It was my third time seeing him. Like others have said, don't take him too seriously and you will have fun. Personally, I just like having a chance to get on the stage, it creates a fun atmosphere.

Of the 100-plus songs he uses in "Feed the Animals," I would only call about half of them "top forty." That's sort of the appeal. He mixes songs we know with left-of-center picks.

This is great to hear. I say he's gonna be on The Outdoor Theater around 8 or 9. His shows are becoming pretty, huge. I'm not really a fan of his type of music but I am a fan of his shows. Always had a blast. Here is is show at The Congress Theater in Chicago.

And let me reitterate, I really don't think his music is anything that great, it's his live performance and everything that goes with it that is the real treat.
