Anyone going? I was reading this article about the massive security for the event and came across a section about threats in general that have happened since Obama's win.

Attacks and threats have soared since his victory, ranging from physical attacks and the burning of crosses in their yards to second-graders chanting "assassinate Obama" on an Idaho schoolbus last November. Potok says Obama has been hanged several times in effigy.

A California man was reportedly arrested last week for posting a note on an Internet message board predicting "he (Obama) will have a 50 cal(iber) in the head soon."

I just dont understand hatred for no other reason then the color of ones skin, religion, social status, sex, sexual preference and income. Bush has earned this countries hatred because of his policy (or lack there of) yet he is sitting pretty while some people question Obama because he has never had a policy.
