putting slashes through the tag wouldnt make it impossible to remove, you'd just have to peel it off in little bits.

And people wonder why the husband and I usually spend our Saturday nights watching No Reservations and Mythbusters. Fuck. Our friends either move away or have babies. In PA, there's a registration sticker on the plate and both emission and inspection stickers on the windshield. I moved here in 2003, and I still have the glue on the windshields of our cars.
