i feel the same way. they are probably my favorite producers out right now, but as dj's they are just alright. their cuts and mixes are clean but nothing extravagant. they will kill it like no other though, guaranteed. i just got some low quality rips of their newest songs and jesus christ my heart stopped on every bass drop. i really hope they don't play day and nite, but i know they will :(

Modeselektor was great i didn't know who they were going into it and instantly became a fan. Shit they doused me and everyone in my section in cristal. I agree with the experiance quote about Aphex Twin to me it wasn't really a dj set it was more than that. I said Boys Noize because the crowd was the most energetic out of all the acts i saw. The guy puts on a good show. SMD was great but I was being smashed by everyone cramming their way up front for justice and it wasn't worth it.

I saw that at HARD and am glad I did.. I started off with the justice dj set but they started it off slow as fuck and then when their equipment broke that was a good excuse for me to make an escape.. and woah crookers had so much more energy and just constant bang to their set.. but yeah that line-up at hard haunted wow what can i say.. one night of mega acts on 4 stages.. better lineup than all 3 days sahara experience put together..

They may no longer be underground Italian DJs, but their success does not detract from their credibility or talent. What do you use to DJ? Serato? Abelton? They use CDs. No laptops. Nothing to beat match for them. That's probably a little too advanced for you, underground Toronto DJ. Where do you play again? I've never seen or heard of you and I probably never will. I see this as a good thing. By the way, Crookers only played Circa once and VNDLSM is called Autoerotique now.
