Does anybody have any suggestions about getting dropped off and picked up..

I am not so worried about getting dropped off.

I am mostly worried about being picked up after the show?

I don't have any personal experience with this, but have you checked the FAQ (http://coachella.com/event/rules-faq#faq3-4)?

Where is the taxi and/or Drop off/Pick up point??

Taxi/Shuttle and Parent Drop off are will be located at Ave 50th. East of Monroe Ave. From 111 or 10 FWY: Exit Jackson heading south Make a right at 50th Drop off at 50th and Monroe No traffic past Monroe Vehicles will be U-turned back to Jackson From Ave 54 Head East Make a left at Jackson Make a left at 50th Drop off at 50th and Monroe No traffic past Monroe Vehicles will be U-turned back to Jackson

If you met your ride far away enough you will be fine(a mile?)..just don't plan on meeting too close to the exit.

The taxi area is also designated as a pick up/drop off area. Last yeat it was on Ave. 48, East of Monroe. That's about a half mile from the entry.

There is also a "parental pick up" spot-Some of my friends have done that for their kids and had no problem.There are signs poated so the parents can find the spot to pick-up or drop off. I'm sure you don't actually have to be a parent to use this area.
