Condo spot redux

Ok, so I rented a two bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa for Coachella this year in Palm Desert. Rick and I have the master bedroom, my friend had the other bedroom, and fatbastard has the sofa sleeper.

My friend that had the other bedroom is now unable to go to Coachella, so it is up for grabs if fatbastard doesn't want it. If he does, the sofa sleeper is up for grabs. The bedroom is $190 (the sofa bed is $150) total for the entire weekend (the condo was only $575 for the whole weekend).

I'd prefer that our roommate be somebody that I know (in some capacity-this is someone's house and I don't want anyone there that I don't know if I can trust-otherwise I'm on the hook financially).

I just spoke with this very cool guy from Texas who went with us for Radiohead.
Chris and Sasha (as well as myself) can vouch for this person.

I picked him up from LAX last August. He insisted that I take him to the Kmart across from the farmers market to purchase his own towels because he didn't want to inconvience the person who's house he was staying at! He was dead serious.
