Always Sunny has to be saturday or sunday, because they are at the Troubador on Friday.

lol I agree.
No way with respect to the greater than/less than comments for ST v. U2, but I believe turning it up to 11 may actually produce a sound greater than the proposed volume of MBV.

By "suck" do you mean "be the greatest thing ever"?

Well now that it looks like Amy Winehouse can't play - GV should be wooing Spinal Tap to fill in.

Just to throw some negativity in...they aren't playing Phoenix until the Monday the 27th.
Almost all the Coachella acts that are hitting Phoenix are playing within a week of the fest...
4/13- Ariel's Pink Haunted Graffiti
4/14- Conor Oberst
4/15- Atmosphere
4/16- The Killers...Mastodon...Brian Jonestown Massacre
4/17- Crookers
4/18- Franz Ferdinand
4/19- M Ward
4/21- Gaslight Anthem
ALTHOUGH...Leonard Cohen is hitting Phoenix on the 5th, so who knows.

Really? Almost all are going to Phoenix? Are you just saying? Or is that really true?

No, I'm saying all the ones that ARE going to Phoenix are going within a week of Coachella. Except Cohen, and later, I saw that Dear & The Headlights are playing Phoenix in early April.
It's like that pretty much every year. Usually 10-15 Coach bands play Phoenix the week before, and maybe a few the week after. Just saying it makes Tap (which isn't really a Spinal Tap tour anyway) less likely. I didn't even look at their other tour dates...

I would be satisfied with Spinal Tap as the new Saturday headliner.
