I am ectremely stoked for EdC's set i love what he does but when you say "He Plays house music, so it's not really supposed to be a huge, crazy dance party" i feel you are confused on what house music really is. He does play house but so does Groove Armada, and i would say Groove Armada plays more traditional house that you dance your ass off too and Etienne plays darker electro house.

GV has already said he is bringing The Cube so that answers that question and for your second question the cube is somether between 20 and 30 Ft. tall and daft punk was in the tent and that set up was way bigger than the cube, so it will fit no problem and will be awesome.

It depends on the producer and DJ, there are plenty of different sub genre's of house though. So it all depends on what you like, me personaly i do not find etienne to be boring music i could listen to it with my eyes closed and still love it. I wouldn't put it in the same catagory as Daft Punk though they are 2 different styles of house, but since they are both french and both have live set ups that are visual we must compare them to each other.

I'm hoping EDC is the headliner in the Sahara on Sunday. I'm not that into the Cure and this show would be a pretty damn cool way to close out the festival for me.

Im not into electronic music, well not that much. And I will not miss EDC's set.
The video alone is just mind blowing and to see that thing live...oooooweee!

However I absolutly love the Cure, they were honestly one of the first bands I ever listened to and Ive stiil yet to see them live......

Saw Etienne at Future Music Festival last month. I'd liken the Cube to seeing the Daft Punk triangle (haven't read the thread so don't know if this has been said).

It was a pre-programmed set for the first 20 or so minutes. Great show, but similiar to when I saw Daft Punk, after hearing the Coachella set, by the time the show made its way to Sydney I knew the set list track for track, so it was more the visuals than the tunes being dropped.
