Huge drug bust at my school today

Kid got caught in class on e. Then he ratted out his dealer at the school. Then the dealer ratted out at least 2 other people and we had drug sniffing dogs and shit. There was 3 cop cars and an ambulance. Apparently when he admitted he was on e they rushed him to the hospital? Really sad, some really good guys got caught. good thing I am straight edge :)

Well one kid I know who got ratted out didnt seem too angry about it. He is given the option to "leave" without repercussions or it going on his transcript cause he said he had taken some before but threw them up at lunch so he wouldnt get in trouble.

about 10 years ago some dudes on the socal-raves email list started up a hoax/rumor about this new crazy drug "S". "S" was supposed to be the shit, better than E and all that. Everyone played along, and pretty soon the dealers at all the L.A. raves started getting requests for "S".

It got to the point where there were strange reports coming in of people overdosing or being hospitalized on "S".

Then it turned out one of the kids that got tackled was a son of a civil rights lawyer that is friends with Jesse Jackson so the whole Rainbow Coalition showed up at my school protesting that it was racially motivated. My principle had to resign and all of us caught up in the bust got payed due to a class action lawsuit.

I don't remember anyone getting caught with E during my high school years, but I did remember some cat get his locker raided and they found some coke and a Glock .9mm to boot. What happened post-bust was what really excited the public school masses. The person who got busted (African American) found out through the perverbial grapevine that a rival dealer (Hispanic) snitched on him and suddenly afterwards so-called "race riots" ensued and there was daily lockdowns and brawls that followed.

But, it seems private schoolers don't have any concept of being discreet. Perhaps they don't need to be when you're shelling out $6-$40gs to learn what public schoolers learn for free...

Not completely true. It really comes down to who has more pull on campus, whether it's through the parents or the individuals own ability to stake their claim.

In other words it's the same as it has always been, except now parents really do have a lot more power when it comes to what we can do with troubled students. Often this comes in the form of being protected because of being classified as special needs - not just $.

The public school system is terrified of law suits.

tuesday was international fryday for me. teachers kept putting my name in the box for random drug testing, but little did they know my BFF worked in the office near that box and took my name out every time. not that they really could piss test for acid. acid was the only reason i graduated, it made classes bearable.

at boarding school though, some dumbass had acid mailed to him, but the guy who sent it didn't put a name on the envelope. so when it arrived at the school, they had to open it and found a sheet of acid. his friends had their rooms searched, along with him and expulsions ensued.
