From the camping area you can go back and forth to your car as much as you want. You might be waiting in a line to re-enter the camping area though. Once you enter the music festival area, you can not leave and re-enter. The "no in's and out's" rule applies to the music festival area.

How about food type stuff like Pria bars and such? Do they really squeeze you for every penny? I heard about the water bottle for $10 with free refills. That seems reasonable. Can I smuggle a sandwich in my pants? Would the Coachella police arrest me?
