I saw PT open for Gnarls Barkley in Philly. Solid, but the crowd wasn't into it -- not sure if it was Patton fans who aren't digging his trip-hop vibe or Gnarls fans who were like "Peeping who?"

I sense the West Coast loves Patton a whole lot more, PT should put on a better show at Coachella.

Rahzel was touring with him... I'd like to see him show up for the Roots' set...

Hopefully GV can sign up some more artist that have collaborated w/ him such as Kid Koala (working on new album), Dan "the automator" Nakamura (toured in L.A. late last year) and Amon Tobin (hot new album) to make the peeping tom performance truly unique & special for coachella!

I'll have seen them twice before Coachella; Baltimore and New York. I'll still see them over anything that's playing during Friday.

I had never listened to them before I saw them live at Detour Fest this year. They were pretty damned impressive, definitely worth seeing. They had this cute chic who, I swear to God, could beatbox better than anyone I've ever heard EVER before. She was the shit.

Mike Patton is definitely one of the most interesting and entertaining artists of our time. I only caught the last song of the Peeping Tom set at Detour and really wished I could have seen more. The guy has some serious stage presence and puts on a great show. The first time I saw Mr Bungle was unlike any other show I've ever seen. The show actually ended with 20 minutes of feedback and the band just standing on stage staring at the audience. This may seem like a nightmare but in the context of everything else that took place during the show it was only fitting. Mike Patton was actually banned from the venue after that show because he supposedly spread shit all over the walls of the dressing room. Apparently he was upset they would not allow him to bring the entire pit on stage to serve them espresso. (There was an actual espresso machine on stage.)

That would kick ass, but it doesn't look like it'll happen.

Go to a Fantomas show. Or check out Moonchild (if they bring it to the US). I was lucky enough to see the first live production of Moonchild in London last summer. Wicked shit. No words, just screams to peel the wallpaper.

I cant wait to see Peeping Tom!
I like a good portion of the CD, some tracks I could do without... but its Mike Patton!
The ONLY act I would miss any of Peeping Tom for, is Gogol Bordello.
I seriously hope they do not overlap.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Peeping Tom. It's Mike Patton. How could he dissapoint? I mean, I'd rather see Fantomas live but I'll take what I can get.

Agreed... Patton is a god. Or at least a demi-god or some sort of supernatural being.

I saw them at lollapalooza last year and they were really really fun. Mike Patton is a trip and Rahzel does a solo beatbox set that is pretty sick. Enjoy.

Does anyone know if Rahzel has been touring with them lately? They had a pretty good female beatboxer with them at Detour, but it wasn't quite the same.
