I can't believe GV's decision to have Mccartney and the presets conflict when its obvious that Girl Talk would of been the more logical substitute as they attract an entire different crowd than Paul (the presets and Macca create a WAYYYYYYYYY bigger conflict than girl talk and Paul). As well The transition from ghostland to the presets would of been epic. LETS MAKE SOME NOISE AND TRY TO GET GV TO APPEASE TO OUR DEMANDS!!!!!!!!!

So I went to see the Presets last night here in Seattle and they were TONS of fun live. The crowd basically lost its sh!t every song. Wish all shows were like that. Hadn't sweat that much in a while.

Its my major conflict. but gv is supposed to keep bands that sound similiar and same fan base from conflicting. Girl talk wouldnt be that big of a big attraction during paul. there are supposed to be many options for everyone.

its definitely impossible to put on a conflict free line up but this for me is the shittiest of the entire weekend. this is the presets second to last date in the US and there's really no guarantee they'll be back here for awhile. add to that the fact that they have to compete with a music icon like paul mccartney and you've really fucked over the crowd and the artist.

there should definitely be more considerations made as to where the artists are from and the frequency of their performing in the US. sorry but you should respect the fact that they're here from australia and offer them a slot that isn't gonna deprive them or their fans of a good show. then again if you live in socal, just catch them at the glass house on the 20th and stop bitching? myself included haha

The point is, the Presets are going to be around for at least a couple of years and will likely tour again. McCartney is going to die in like 3 weeks.
