Camping registration, HELP!

So I am meeting some friends at Coachella. I am coming up from San Diego Friday night and can be there before midnight, but they are coming down from San Fran and wont be there until 2am (early Sat morning). Is there a way I can register them when I arrive so that they can have a place to sleep Friday night?!??

If not, what are our options for Friday?

I think if you get there first you can tell the people at registration that there are other people camping with you and then they and the lovely camp counselors can give you the alloted slots you need to set up tents, so long as they show up when you say they will.
