Michael Franti Blew Me Away, Anyone Else?

Did anybody else become just...high on life during this set??? I was near the front so that had something to do with it...but WOW.

TVOTR were horrible. the guitar player could barely sing his parts, and the sound production was a cluster fuck. their new material off of Dear Science is horrible live, too clustered.

I caugh the end of Franti, and do agree with niksterg, seemed a bit generic. BUT...he was really vibing with the crowd, and to me, that means a lot more then having good songs, and not being able to preform them well (cough, TVOTR)

Franti was good, but I was behind 2 sweaty shirtless dudes who were unbelievably stoked to see him, it was comparable to little girls ginys tickling when they see the Jonas bros......Those guys are gonna be bros...I can just sense it

franti is always good! he really knows how to get everything out of the crowd.

that show lacked the energy that I've seen in past shows, but I think it was mostly the shortened set time.
