Any truth to the Thom Yorke set?

I'm just still trying to grasp if more acts will lock on despite the official line-up being released today. Especially the Smashing Pumpkins and Radiohead rumours.

Smashing Pumpkins will not happen, they do not have a lineup yet to play with yet.

they have a lineup. they've been recording a record in Burbank. I know this because my buddies band was recording in the studio next door. I'm with ya, though, I don't think they'll be there either.

from what I've heard, there is also a touring lineup...I don't know much about the bassist, but the guitarist is some cute little 25 yr. old gal with amazing guitar chops.

...but my info is like a month and a half old, maybe you know something I don't???? Please share.

I haven't heard any Radiohead rumours. They're not playing, and the Pumpkins are extremely doubtful at this point, too.

just because they haven't <i>announced</i> who's in the band doesn't mean they don't have people lined up to play with them. they've already said they're play "some european festivals" this summer, whatever that means. they could be ready to play coachella.

but at this point, i'd be shocked (in a very good way) if they do.
