Infected Mushroom Vs. RAGE

Am I the only one who is rediculously pissed to have these two bands on at the same time?!? I mean these are two of the bands that I was looking forward to seeing the most at coachella and now I think I'm going to have to miss Infected Mushroom. I love IM but RAGE is gunna be way too good to miss. I can't believe the shitty set times...

ps: RHCP and LCD Soundsystem at the same time sux too!

Yeah everyone was talking about this a few weeks ago and yes we are pissed. Probably the worst conflict of the weekend, plus I will miss Spank Rock, but hey it's Rage.

I'm pleased. I might check out the first 15 minutes of Rage (that's about all I wanted to see anyway), but the last hour goes to Infected Mushroom when I'll be rolling my ass off.

indeed. They play L.A. at least twice a year. They'll be at Electric Daisy Carnival (again).
I wanted to catch them at Coachella too, but I think Spank Rock wins for me.

Hahahaha....That is mostly my plan although I think I am only going to contribute the last 30min to IM and then hopefully rage will put on an encore and jam out past the allowable set time because that would be so revolutionary!!!! SCREW THE RULES!!!!!

Hopefully Infected Mushroom lags a bit, starts late, and plays an extra long set so we can see Rage's entire set and then catch the closing of Infected Mushroom's set.

They should have had one of the headliners perform after everything else is done. Last year Daft Punk came on after Depeche Mode was done so that people were able to see both.

bummed yes... but i've never seen rage &always wanted to. IM plays in LA all the time... probably 3-4x at least. they will be at EDC in june too. so my full attention will be devoted to rage.

I agree. VNV Nation actually is the act that I was looking forward to seeing the most. But I really wanted to see Rage & IM, as well. :(

On the bright side, I can wear some clothing suited for VNV. I originally was planning to wear some more sturdy clothing (less fun) so I could survive Rage crowd with my clothing intact.

I was shitting myself with rage (no pun intended) about GV putting these two as a conflict- they draw a much more similar crowd than I think most people realize- and also purely from a selfish standpoint as RATM and IM were #s 1 and 3 on my list respectively. but IM's coming through my city (toronto) 20 days after coachella. so I think I can live.
