By any chance we would be gettin "Suprise appareances" .. let say Radiohead or Depeche Mode shows up without leting the crow to know ... or I am just day dreaming ?

No chance of Depeche Mode at all. They still might have acts to announce, but the chances of Radiohead seem slim for this year.

There are usually some "suprise" appearances but they more than likely will not be headliner level considering the current headliners.

Last year had a few surprise headliners that were announced after the initial lineup was posted.

Not at the level of Radiohead or Depchemode. Subheadliners sure.

Daft Punk and Madonna were definitely not subheadliners last year.

In terms of day-of festival surprises - ie never poster-ized (Madonna) or even officially announced (Kanye) - I'd say the most you can hope for is a guest appearance ... a la Kelly Osbourne with N.E.R.D. in '03. Woohoo!
