I'm glad you took time out of your busy day to call me stupid. But whoa, anyone that has been part of this board long enough would know that isn't the stupidest thing I've said, nor been called out for it.

Oh and hey speaking of stupidity what is it that you do for a living again? Be descriptive so all the board members know exactly what it is. Also, would you think what you do is more damaging to society than say, a scalper or someone who buys tickets over face? If so, do you think we should all chase you around the board and personally attack you?

I found this line up very funny.
I like the fact At The Drive In and The Mars Volta are both playing.
Also, all the "head" bands playing on one day was very comical.
But the funniest part is the order of bands on the line up.
Funny, funny stuff. Id go if it was real. There is no way in hell this could ever be any festivals line up. Actually, if you changed the order of the billing, it could be.

I still remember seeing prodigy and hearing princess superstar for the first time... Coachella is an amazing experience (despite the awful heat) and I'm glad they keep bringing such good bands.

im so indie, I just wanted to thank you personally for having the audacity and brilliance to list Neutral Milk Hotal as the Day 1 headliner. If you truly have no love whatsover for the band then I would rather never know... but once again I tip my hat to you. Despite the minimum 1 hater in this thread, "In The Aeroplane Over The Sea" is pretty much the best album ever.

I don't know if they were responsible for the Stooges. yes it was the first Stooges show... but the Stooges had already annouced some other shows (was it ATP?) before coachella was announced. I don't think they are responsible.

but I agree, I think coachella is a desirable place for bands to play. they also dragged Massive Attack back to the US for the first time in 8 years. and they're responsible for two of the three times Prodigy have entered the US since the turn of the milennium.

Nobody has a clue when the festival is going to be. I check the main site every day for some type of hint, but Goldenvoice probably won't release the dates until about March.
