Does anybody know if they've ever played Coachella??? If not I think they would be a great addition. Lots of folks are calling for Portishead and others - I think these guys would be a great addition as well.

Great to see these guys getting some support. I unfortunately missed their 4-date US tour last year. I think Coachella would be a great place for them to get more US exposure and give their fans more of an excuse to travel to California. :)

I've seen them a few times and even drank wine with them before a show here in Seattle. Amazing shows all of them but Bob doesn't perform with them abroad. Apparently he's terribly afraid of air travel. Sarah and Pete made some jokes about his absence but I've always wanted to see them with the full line-up.
And yes, bring them on. Hire a ship.

Saw them a few years back and they were excellent -- they're near the top of my "can't believe they never played Coachella" list.

Last time I saw Saint Etienne was at Avalon and there was this guy in the bathroom complaining to the bathroom attendant that his wife is the same age and why can't she look like Sarah Cracknell.
