Just bring something inexpensive so you won't be upset if it gets lost or messed up.

Make a tinfoil hat, so 'they' don't steal your thoughts.

go to almost any gardening store. they always have floppy lightweight hats that cover you up, but can also be rolled up and jammed in your pocket.

how about a spam hat? That sounds deliciously impractical.

Hit up an army surplus store, they have a grip of different styles of hats, from bucket hats, to ones like Jesse Ventura wore in "Predator". Get a hat that completely shades your face and neck, but can easily be rolled up and stuffed in your pocket to avoid pissing off your neighbors in a thick crowd.

i dont get this, and i've seen lots of people wearing these at coachella. i mean, doesn't the novelty wear off after like 15 mins? they're big and awkward, and relatively heavy. people around you cant see. and what do you do with it at night or if you get sick of it? toss it i guess. to each their own, but i prefer simplicity over style.

Bring a dope sombrero, then we can all smoke it during Roger Waters.

Go to the swap meet in costa mesa and get one of those asian style straw hats. Especially good for wearing while cruising/chilling in the campground. I only paid two bucks for mine.

Go with a bonnet. It gets pretty windy at night.
