The most recent videos of Bowie only tend to show his decline, unfortunately. Check out the Fashion Rocks shows and see how much his voice has deteriorated.
That said, I would travel ANYWHERE to see David Bowie perform |

It seems like it's not likely, I think he is having to take it easy due to heart problems. He has not done a lot since the emergency in 2004.
