The 2010 Coachella iPhone application
The 2010 update to the Coachella iPhone App includes cool new features and enhancements to existing functionality:

- Offline, Interactive Map Cacheing
INTERACTIVE MAP
* The map system has been optimized and will now work even when you have no internet or phone connection. It also shows a satellite view of the venue. Now that's what I'm talking about!
FRIEND FINDER / PHOTO UPLOAD
* It is now easier to register and find friends. To register simply
enter you email address and name. You will receive a confirmation email
once you register. Just click the link and you can begin adding friends
and uploading photos to coachella.com. Add friends using their email address.
WHERE IS MY CAR / CAMPSITE?
* A new feature which allows you to mark your parking spot (or camping spot) has been added to the map. A "Mark Parking" button will display once you click 'Show Me' in the interactive map.
Photo Uploading:
PHOTO UPLOADS REQUIRE APPROVAL. PLEASE ONLY UPLOAD ONCE (we don't need to see 10 pictures of your del taco order) AND ONLY UPLOAD PHOTOS OF COACHELLA (no cat photos please!)
Friend & Interactive Map Feature:
To use the
friend and interactive map features you will need to verify your email
address. You will need to enter this info in the app which will send
you an email to verify. Once you have verified yourself you can see
and add friends and your location on the map.
COACHOOSER
* The lineup and Coachooser have been combined into one page, instead of two. Choices are shown by clicking the Coachooser button on the main screen. A countdown to Coachella now shows at the top of the screen.

* TIP: Delete the old app first, then download the new one
* This app will work on 3.0 & higher (3.0 update due 3/19 ish)

PLEASE NOTE: The stage selection feature and set time display will not work until the actual set times are announced. As soon as they are live on coachella.com all you have to do is launch the application and as long as you have internet access they will automatically update.
