Once again, festival goers have the option to purchase 3-day festival tickets and onsite camping tickets on a payment plan. Layaway is only available when ordering on line.
All tickets ordered through the layaway system should be received by April 10th after all orders are paid in full. Even if you choose to pay in full in advance, tickets are still layed away until shipping begins, so don't contact us before then asking where your tickets are. Shipping won't begin until sometime after the last of the orders are paid in full closer to the festival dates.
All layaway tickets are shipped via Fed Ex and require a physical address. Fed ex does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Say it with us "Fed ex does not deliver to PO Boxes, I will not enter a PO Box into the address field".
There is no way to cancel a layaway order. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. Default on payments will result in loss of any/all money paid and cancellation of your order, however if a payment is declined you will be granted a 10 day window to reply to our inquiry with updated payment info. If last payment is delayed, order will have to be at will call instead of shipped once it's paid in full (no shipping refund). All payments are automated. Do NOT make a manual payment or it may result in your order being paid in full and there will be no refund issued.

| Selecting this payment option will allow you to pay a 50% deposit of your ticket total + all fees, with the remaining 50% automatically deducted from your card on the first week of March.. |

10% DOWN + 2 EQUAL PAYMENTS |
|
|
| Selecting this option will allow you to pay 10% of your order total + all fees as your first payment, with the remaining total automatically deducted in Two equal payments on the first week of each month (FEB and MARCH) after the first payment month. Example: If you order on December 10th, 10% + Ticketmaster fees will be deducted instantly and your 2nd payment will not be deducted until the first week of February, as your "first" payment was already made when you initially ordered. 2nd Example: If you order on anytime in January, 10% + all fees will be deducted instantly as your first payment and your 2nd payment will be deducted until the first week of February. as your "first" payment was already made, and so on. Please understand that means if you order end of January you will have another payment almost immediately. . |
