Welcome to the inaugural year for Coachella luxury onsite lodging. This page will grow with information as we move closer to the event and will be updated with answers to your questions. Thank you for helping us along.
This new exclusive lodging area will include Breakfast (served 7am - 11am - menu will be posted at a later date), limited capacity, restrooms & showers, general store, food vendors, roaming food and ICE vendors, free private parking lot, drop off area, cell phone charging stations, added security, atms, recycling tent (bottles, camping gear) Outdoor chairs, shade tents and outdoor lighting, local newspapers, shuttles and more! (Massage Therapist for extra fee).

Everything you need is already there!
When you arrive at this exclusive Onsite Lodging area, your tent with
air beds, new sleeping bags and pillows will already be set up for you. All tents and sleeping
bags are high quality. When you are done for the weekend,
sleeping bags and pillows will be donated to local homeless
organizations. Choose from a 2, 4 or 6 person tent (which sizes range
from 200 to 400 square feet). You may purchase a 4 or 6 person sized
tent for use with less people if you choose. We will ship you your lodging
wristbands and information approximately 4 weeks prior to the festival if you provide a fex ex number, otherwise they will be at will call.

Fully furnished awaiting your arrival. (2 person max, includes festival tickets)
There are only 50 of these (2 person) Shikar style tents being made
available. Access to this area will be solely limited to Safari tent wristband holders. These are the highest end of
elegance and sophistication with luxury interiors, fully furnished with
a king bed, linens, tables, carpet, pillows, chairs, AIR conditioning
and more. Purchasing these special accommodations includes ALL ACCESS
wristbands (yes they go back stage and vip area) with special shuttles
taking you inside the venue and includes In & Out access as well.
We will ship you your lodging wristbands and information approximately
4 weeks prior to the festival. Festival wristbands will be distributed
to you on site.

Onsite Lodging Rules & Info:
* All lodging attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older & have a valid I.D.. Sorry NO exceptions.
* Onsite lodging opens at 10am on Thursday, April 24th
and closes at 10am on Monday, April 28th. Early arrival is highly
recommended, but still open through out the weekend to check in. That
means it is ok to arrive anytime after it opens to check in. When we
say "anytime" we mean all 24 hours of each day from when it opens.
* There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations open 24/7.
* All lodging attendees are subject to search upon entry.
* Lodging attendees may visit the onsite camping area however onsite campers will not be allowed into the onsite lodging area.
* Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into
onsite lodging, but unfortunately there will be NO open fires, gas,
charcoal, propane or any other cooking devices allowed.
* No alcohol, glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed. (There will be a clubhouse serving cocktails at onsite camping)
* No animals will be allowed in onsite lodging.
* Lodgers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other lodgers. Noise curfew at 2:00am.
* No tailgating allowed.
* Venue is not responsible for any materials
misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don't bring valuable
items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.
* Damages to lodging will be billed directly to your credit card.
