  • The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.

  • Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.

  • Both festival weekends will feature the *same line up, art, food and activities. *subject to change.

  • Four (4) pass limit per weekend.

  • Exceeding the limit of Four (4) passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.

  • Two (2) Camping sites limit per order.

  • One (1) Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.

  • Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.

  • Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.

  • NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.

  • Day parking during the festival is free (10am-2am, no overnight parking).

  • Day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.

  • Wristband registration is required via the Coachella mobile app.

  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.

  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.

  • All orders are FINAL. No transfers or exchanges.

  • Please read the Terms of Sale and Wristband Terms you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.

  • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

Payment Plan Info


  • Buy now for $99 down!

  • Put $99 down at checkout in June 2022 then divide the remaining balance over 6 equal payments due the 15th of every month through December 2022. 7 payments total. This option is only available until June 30, 2022.

  • 7 payments total. 

  • ADVANCE SALE PAYMENT PLAN INFO:

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!

  • Only $5 fee per installment for payment plan. No added interest!

  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.

  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.  

  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. 

  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. 

  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges. 

  • Your order will not be eligible for the Fan to Fan Exchange until it has been paid in full.

MISSED PAYMENTS:

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. 

  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.

  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

  • Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full.

Getting Your Passes - Shipping & Will Call


  • Shipping dates and other details will be announced after the 2023 line up is announced and the new 2023 website is launched. Stay tuned!

  • Your shipping address will default to your billing address at check out. You may change this in your AXS account after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline.

  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.

  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at Will Call.

  • Orders at Will Call must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering. If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at will call. Both names must match. No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.  

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. 

  • Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $29 up until our shipment cut off. Shipment must have been received back by sender before request. Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed. No guarantee of reshipment. See above.

  • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office. Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.

  • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.

  • $29 fee for Domestic & International shipping added to each order.  

  • No shipping fee on orders containing just a Line Up Poster.

  • International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.

  • We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 4/1 (Weekend 1) or 4/8 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.

  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.

  • Orders are shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.

  • Wristband orders may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative box per order (not per pass or wristband within an order). The condition of the box is not guaranteed.

  • Commemorative box and packaging are not considered part of the order.

  • For Travel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.

Camping Details


CAMPING RULES
  • Campers must have Festival Passes.

  • Camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).

  • All festival attendees may visit Car & Tent Camping.

  • Camping in only allowed in designated camping areas.

  • No camping allowed between festival weekends.

  • No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed.

  • No vehicle ins/outs are allowed in Car or Tent Camping.

  • Camping vehicles will not be allowed to exit during lock down hours on show nights.


  • CAMPING HOURS
  • All Camping is open Thu 9am-Mon 10am (each weekend).

  • Camping Vehicle & Camping Companion Parking Check-In Thu 9am-2am; Fri-Sun 9am-8pm.

  • Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).

  • Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.

  • All the rest of the 2023 onsite camping details, and information will be posted on the 2023 version of Coachella.com. Please check back in 2023.

  • Amenities/Activities posted closer to show dates.

CAR CAMPING INFO
  • Sites are 10’×30′

  • Sites REQUIRE a car parked in each site.

  • You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit. Yes, share a camp site.

  • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking.

  • Once a vehicle exits, camping site is forfeited.

  • TENT CAMPING INFO
  • Sites are 10’×15′

  • Tent Camping area is tents only (no cars).

  • Sites come with one [1] Tent Camping Parking Pass in an adjacent lot.

  • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking.

  • You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit.

  • Once a tent exits, camping site is forfeited.

  • LAKE ELDORADO INFO
  • Secluded camping area.

  • With ready-to-go 2-person lodges and 4-person tents.

  • Comes with cots, sleeping bags and pillows.

  • The sleeping bags and pillows are yours to keep or to donate to charity.

  • Comes with 1 designated parking space in adjacent lot.

  • Additional overnight parking available for purchase (see Camping Companion Parking).

  • Lake Eldorado sites come with Festival Passes.

Hotel Packages Info


  • Hotel Packages bundle local hotel accommodations with festival passes and Any Line Shuttle passes and are available via Valley Music Travel for Weekend One and Weekend Two.

  • Includes three [3] or four [4] nights stay for two [2] or four [4] people at a participating resort. 

  • Accommodations for two [2] or four [4] people. (**details below). 

  • Includes GA or VIP Festival Passes for each guest.

  • Any Line Shuttle Passes also included for each guest.

  • Select hotels are 21+. Please check package details before buying.

  • Packages for four [4] people include one [1] room with two [2] beds. To accommodate four [4] people in two [2] rooms you must purchase two [2] 2-person packages at the same hotel.

  • 25% Down and $99 Down Hotel Package Payment Plans are available until November 30, 2022.

  • Wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed to Hotel Package guests in advance.

  • All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Hotel Package

  • Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.

  • Free name changes may be made until Wednesday, February 15, 2023. $100 fee for name changes made after this date.

  • Upgrades, bed type changes and other requests are not guaranteed.

  • *If you would like to use the payment plan, please make sure to select Payment Plan while checking out. You will be automatically charged one payment each month between the date of your purchase until the final payment is completed on December 15th, 2022. All payments will be charged on the 15th of the month and the number of payments owed for your package will depend on the date of your original purchase.

Does registering for the Advance Sale guarantee passes?
 Presale Registration does not guarantee passes, inventory is limited.
How will codes be distributed?
 Unique purchase codes and a link to purchase will be sent via SMS and email the morning of the advance sale.
I lost my code? Where can I find it?
If you misplace your code, you can go back to prereg.coachella.com, enter your mobile number and view your unique code. 
I haven’t received my code yet, what should I do?
 All presale codes will be distributed beginning at 8am PT, on Friday, June 17th, 2022. If you can’t find your code, visit prereg.coachella.com to resend or sign up. For further presale ticketing support, email presale@tunespeak.com 
Can I use a debit card for purchase?
We recommend using an actual credit card, not a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily withdrawal limit. If you exceed that amount, your card may be rejected and order lost. Contact your bank to inquire about your debit card limit.

Can I use the festival passes for either weekend?

No, they are only good for the dates of the weekend you purchase.

Can we buy festival passes for both weekends?

Sure, they will need to be 2 separate orders that you place and will be shipped separately.

When will my order be shipped?

Details will be posted on the 2023 version of Coachella.com. Please check back in 2023.

Are single day passes available?

No.

Can I share my festival pass?

No. It’s void once removed. It can only be used by one person.

I am traveling from abroad and am worried I won't get my passes in the mail.

International customers will have the option to select “Will Call” at time of purchase in order to pick up passes at the Box Office location near the festival. Please check back closer to festival dates.

Does a festival pass include a car or tent camping site?

No, camping sites are sold separately. You do not need to purchase a camping site if you are staying with your friend in their camping site.

I have a ton more questions about everything, where can i find the information?

Coachella.com will have most of the information you are looking for. We recommend you wait until the 2023 website launches for the most up to date information since some things do change from year to year. You can still get a general overall idea by looking at the rest of the 2022 website, but tons of info will be updated next year and especially closer to festival dates.

Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

No. Only the original purchaser can pick up their order at Will Call. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for someone else. The order should be placed in their name. You can not change this for will call. There are no exceptions.
