  • Both weekends will feature the *same line up, art, food and activities.
  • Rain or shine.

  • Merchandise, food and beverage vendors accept credit/debit/mobile pay only.
  • Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

About Passes

  • A Festival Pass is a single wristband that is worn all three days.
  • A wristband is valid for the entire weekend that you purchased.
  • A wristband is only valid for the specific weekend that you purchased.
  • A wristband is required to enter the parking, camping and venue grounds.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Do not put your wristband on until you are on your way to the festival and have registered it.
  • Wristband registration required.
  • Coachella Mobile App required to register your wristband. (stay tuned).

Ordering Info & Rules

  • Limit four (4) Festival Passes of any combination per weekend.
  • Limit Two (2) Camping sites per order.
  • Limit One (1) Companion Camping Parking Pass per order.
  • Orders over the limit in any combination of orders and/or passes are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Any orders found to be placed for yourself or others to circumvent the Festival Pass limit, regardless of method, will be subject to cancellation of order and pass (with refund) at any time, without notice.
  • Onsite campers must also have a Festival Pass.
  • All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations or exchanges (unless the festival is postponed or canceled).

50/50 Payment Plan

  • 50% due at time of purchase and the remaining balance is due February 1, 2023.
  • 50/50 Payment Plan option only available through January 15, 2023.
Payment Plan Info:
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
  • Only $5 fee per installment for payment plan ($10 total fee).
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Fan to Fan Exchange until it has been paid in full.

New for 2023! For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Coachella Credit via Fan Account that can be used towards passes for Coachella 2024. Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.

Missed Payments:
  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Coachella Credit that can be used toward passes for Coachella 2024. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full.

Getting Your Order/Shipping

  • Your shipping address will default to your billing address at check out. You may change this in your AXS Coachella Fan account after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline.

Important Dates & Details

  • The last day to update your festival passes shipping address is Friday February 17, 2023.
  • Shipping will begin around late February to Early March 2023. Weekend 1 will ship first, then Weekend 2.
  • It will take a minimum of four weeks to complete shipping for each weekend. Your patience is appreciated.
  • The last day to place a domestic order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 – Friday, March 31, 2023 | Weekend 2 – Friday, April 7, 2023.

    Domestic orders placed after these dates must be picked up at Will Call.

  • The last day to place an international order and have it shipped: Weekend 1 - Friday, March 17th, 2023 | Weekend 2 - Friday, March 24th, 2023.

    All international orders placed after these dates must be picked up at Will Call.

  • Wristbands for both weekends will ship via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed. Please also check your spam folder. Coachella is not responsible for failed/blocked/misdelivered/bounced email delivery.
  • UPS Mail Innovations claims that international shipping takes approximately 4-14 days from receiving a shipping notification to delivery. However, delivery times might vary by destination. Please keep this in mind when making travel plans.
  • If you have not received your order by Monday 4/10 (Weekend 1) or Monday 4/17 ( Weekend 2) please reach out to support to have your order set for will call.
SHIPPING RULES MUST READ
  • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/wrong address, etc.) must be picked up at Will Call.
  • Orders at Will Call must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering. If the “ship to” name is different, the "ship to" name will NOT be able to pick up at will call. Both names must match. No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable/lost/stolen orders.
  • Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $29 up until our shipment cut off. Shipment must have been received back by sender before request. Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed. No guarantee of reshipment. See above.
  • Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office. Location/hours details to be posted closer to festival dates.
  • $29 fee for Domestic & International shipping added to each order.
  • No shipping fee on orders containing just a Line Up Poster or Hoodie.
  • International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Festival passes will be shipped in one complimentary commemorative package per wristband order (not per pass or wristband). The condition of the package is not guaranteed. Commemorative packaging is not considered part of the order and not utilized for non-admission.
  • Posters are shipped separate from your festival passes, after the festivals are over.
  • Hoodies are shipped with in a few weeks, separate from your festival passes order. 
  • For Travel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.

  • You can not pick up weekend 2 orders during weekend 1.
  • Absolutely No name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
  • If you are picking up your order from Will Call, you must come to the Box Office before arriving at Coachella. You will be turned away if you arrive at the festival grounds without your wristband on your wrist.
  • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
  • For Hotel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at your HOTEL during designated Travel Package Check-In hours, which will be provided via email prior to arrival.
  • For wristband help, please remember the wristband must be registered in the name of the person seeking assistance at the window.
