Parking

Gotta drive? Follow all Parking instructions to minimize delays when arriving at Coachella.

Info & Tips

  • Arrive early to avoid delays.
  • Find directions here.
  • Park where instructed by parking personnel.
  • Remember where you park by taking a pic of the lot number sign or drop a pin!
  • Pay attention to the color path you use to walk from parking to venue.
  • No tailgating allowed.
  • No camping or sleeping in your car.
  • No RV, trailer or golf cart parking.
  • Separate ADA parking lot available (See ADA Guide)

Free Parking

  • Open Fri-Sun 10am-2am.
  • Free day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.
  • Cars left after 2am will be towed.
  • Everyone in the vehicle must be wearing a Festival Wristband.
  • No pick-ups or drop-offs (use Friend & Family location).
  • Motorcycles may park in ADA lot.

Preferred Parking

Access the Preferred Parking Lot via Ave 49/Monroe St. Do not use Hjorth St.

  • Park and enter the Venue through the north entrance.
  • Purchase of sticker is required (valid Fri-Sun).
  • Open Fri-Sun 10am-2am.
  • Access the Preferred Parking Lot via Ave 49/Monroe St. Do not use Hjorth St.
  • No entry allowed after 10pm.
  • Cars left after 2am will be towed.
  • No vehicle ins & outs.
  • Everyone in the vehicle must be wearing a Festival Wristband.
  • No pick-ups or drop-offs (use Friend & Family location).
  • Vehicles parked must fit with in the 8.5’ x 16’ spot.

Camping Companion Parking

  • One (1) overnight parking space for an additional vehicle of campers.
  • Parking space valid Thu-Mon. Limit one (1) per order.
  • A very limited amount of Camping Companion Parking Passes are available. If you don’t get one, you’ll have to transport your whole crew and their camping gear in one vehicle.
  • Located adjacent to the campgrounds, but may not be near your campsite.
  • All vehicles will be thoroughly searched.
  • Everyone in the vehicle must be wearing Festival Wristband.
  • No camping or sleeping in your car.
  • Check-in Thu 9am-2am; Fri-Sun 9am-8pm.
  • No ins/outs. No exit during lockdown hours Fri-Sat 9pm-2am & Sun 11pm - 2am
  • If you need to leave Camping Companion Parking prior to 2am on any night, you must do so before 9pm on Fri/Sat and 11pm on Sun.
  • All hours are subject to change based on safety concerns and traffic conditions.
  • If you drive out, you will forfeit your spot and be redirected to the Day Parking lots, which do not allow overnight parking.
  • Pro Tip: Pack your heavy supplies in the vehicle that will be parked in your Car Camping site. Save your strength on the walk from Car Companion Camping.
