If inventory becomes available, you're set!

  1. Simply click "Join Waitlist" to get started.
  2. Select from available pass options/types.

Important Information:

  • The waitlist will open for items as they are sold out.
  • There is a deposit of $20 for signing up for each waitlist item type per order.
  • Example (4 admission passes x $20 deposit each) = $80 deposit
  • If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the full amount.
    • All sales are final.
  • If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, then your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival event has passed.
  • Pricing for your waitlist requested item is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
  • Orders will only be fulfilled if inventory is available for every item in your order.
    • Note: You could consider making separate order requests per item type if you're concerned.
  • Do not sign-up multiple times for the same item. This will not help your chances. Review pass limit details/rules.
  • You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your order is fulfilled.
  • You must also check your Coachella AXS FanAccount regularly in case you miss email notification.
    • Coachella/AXS is not responsible for failed/blocked/mis-delivered/bounced email delivery.
  • Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
  • There is not a way to see your place in line.
  • Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee passes for the event and are subject to availability.
  • If you wish to cancel your request, you can do so via FanAccount.
    • Waitlist requests cannot be canceled until 48 hours after your initial request.

  • You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders once they are filled.

Exchange / How To Return

Plans changed? Check to see if you’re eligible to offer your passes back to fans on the waitlist.

Step by Step Instructions:

  • Click here to log into your Coachella AXS FanAccount.
  • Go to “Your Tickets” and select your Coachella order with the passes you would like to return.
  • Click Return then Get Started to see if your passes are eligible for return.
  • Check the box next to each pass you would like to return.
    • NOTE: If there is no check box next to a pass, it is currently not eligible for return, please check back later.
  • Your return offer will be based on demand. The return price will be displayed before you agree to it – pricing is dynamic and reflects the market.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your return request. Please note, once you complete the return process, you cannot cancel the return.
  • Once confirmed, your returned passes will be offered to fans on the waitlist.
    • There is no official resale option for Coachella.

Important Information:

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed. You will be sent an email from AXS once your return is in progress, as well as a second email once your return is confirmed. From there, you will be paid out for your return within 7-10 business days.
  • You can still attempt to return your pass(es) after you receive in the mail. Passes returned do not need to be mailed back, but the pass(es) returned will be canceled if the return is successful.
  • Passes must be paid in full before being eligible to be returned. Reach out to AXS to complete any ongoing payment plans before returning.
  • There must be demand for passes to become eligible to be returned. There is no guarantee passes can be returned.
  • All returns are final.
