Lost & Found Stickers

Register the lost & found sticker from your welcome box, and attach it to an item you’d want back, like your keys, wallet or a bag, if it was ever lost.

If your item turns up at Lost & Found, the Guest Services team will scan the unique code on the sticker to promptly contact you that your item was found! Even when the festival is over, the stickers keep working. Need extras? Stop by the Lost & Found, while supplies last.

Our Part, Your Part: Phone Theft

Our Part

Goldenvoice and law enforcement are working to address device theft. Lost and Found staff are trained to coordinate directly with law enforcement to expedite responses to reported thefts. There is a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to phone theft. Dedicated staffing, assets, and infrastructure are in place to catch thieves. Those caught in possession of stolen goods will be immediately turned over to law enforcement.

Your Part

  • Preventing device theft: keep track of your device in high traffic areas, turn off access to airplane mode from your lock screen (in your settings) and look out for individuals watching you and not the show.
  • Prior to coming out to the desert, please record your phone’s serial number. If law enforcement can recover your device, we will need that number to reunite you with your cellphone.
  • If you suspect your phone was stolen: immediately report it to lost & found or any info kiosk. Especially if your phone location is still available, an immediate notification is critical for law enforcement. If you believe you have identified the individual who has stolen your phone, flag down any staff member or law enforcement as soon as possible.
  • Post-Event: You can contact the Indio Police Department hotline at 760-541-4545 if you believe your phone was stolen. If your device begins sharing location after the event, please contact the above number as soon as possible.

Lost & Found Frequently Asked Questions

Expand
Where is Lost & Found located?

Lost & Found is located in the lobby at the Main Entrance. Not down for the walk? Stop by any Info Kiosk to view items with a Guest Services team member. If you have access to your own mobile device (for a friend’s), you can view items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or on the Coachella Mobile App.

When is it open?

Our on-site service hours are Thursdays 11a-11p, Fridays & Saturdays 11a-2a, Sundays 11a-1a, and Mondays 8a-12p. You can also view items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or on the Coachella Mobile App.

What if I left the festival? What happens now?

If you missed us during our service hours, but see your item on the posted inventory, submit a claim for it. Our team reviews all claims and may ask for more details before verifying ownership. Once we’ve matched your claim you’ll receive a confirmation email with return options- like in person pick up on festival show days or shipping if you’ve left town. Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.

How updated is the inventory on Lost & Found?

Items are added to the website within an hour of our team receiving them. We recommend filling out a Loss Report if you don’t see your item listed on the website.

A Loss Report will notify you when something similar to your item gets turned in up to 5 days after filling it out.

What if I found something at the festival? Where do I turn it in?

Take found items to the nearest Info Kiosk or directly to the Lost & Found’s drop off window.

Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.

I see my item! How do I get it back?

If you’re at the festival, stop by Lost & Found at the Main Entrance. Be warned- the wait in line varies throughout the day, so we recommend submitting a Claim for the item instead. This allows the Lost & Found team to ask for additional details to verify ownership, if necessary. Once a claim is confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped! Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.

What if I don't see my item on the website?

Rather than keeping you from your favorite artists, we encourage you to submit a Loss Report. The report lets us know what you lost, and you get notified whenever an item similar to yours gets turned in up to 5 days after filling it out. You can fill out a loss report on your mobile device (or a friend’s), at Lost & Found, or at any Info Kiosk in Camping or inside the festival.

What if I think my item was stolen?

We recommend filing a crime report with the Indio Police Department.
