After you’ve looked around the website, you may have a few more questions. This is a great place to look.
That's the plan!
*Except for our newest stage Quasar.
There is no guarantee. Many artists will be performing at the same time and some areas will have limited capacities. You should plan accordingly and arrive early if there’s a particular performer you really want to see. Also, the lineup is always subject to change (whether due to volcanoes or any other reason).
We’ll contact you if interested. Thanks!
1am-ish on Fri/Sat and 12am on Sun - give or take a few. Subject to change. Check festival hours here.

Only passes you originally purchased through Coachella’s official ticketing partners can be guaranteed as valid.
Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties. You will only know that your third party pass is valid when it successfully scans into the Venue EACH day. Activating a wristband does not guarantee the wristband is (or will remain) valid for all three days.
Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.
Sure! Hand your package to your friend when it arrives or change your shipping address to theirs (it will still have your name on it though so please alert your friend). Make sure your friend registers their own wristband. Tell them to follow the directions in the package.
(You will still show up in our records as the original purchaser. That can’t be changed.)
Please note: If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason whatsoever, you, the original purchaser, will be required to pick it up from the Box Office as no alternate Will Call pickups are allowed.

Allowed In Venue
Festival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend the list of acceptable or prohibited items at any time
Not Allowed In Venue
In addition to the list below, any item deemed inappropriate by festival personnel will not be allowed into the venue/festival and must be either returned to your vehicle or disposed (as appropriate).
* In the event of a medical emergency, please go to a medical tent or find a festival staff member with a radio.
You should identify yourself to security as you wait to enter the Venue. Festival Personnel will locate the medical staff adjacent to the main entrance who will assist you in providing a secure area to store all items. Medical-related items that are not available for purchase on site, food included, may be brought in. You may be asked to provide an official doctor’s note or prescription detailing the necessity of the item.
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 18”x13”x8.5” when fully packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size, similar to the system used to check the size of carry-on luggage at airports. If the bag doesn’t fit in the box, you won’t be allowed inside the Venue.
You’ve got it right. Here are some examples:
Parasols will not deflect water as an umbrella does. Most parasols are made of paper and a light wood as bamboo, not metal and water resistant material.
If it falls into the dimensions of 23” long / 32” wide opened its good.
Also non metal stemmed handle and scoping pole. Light weight wood such as bamboo.
Yes, Naloxone is permitted for personal use.
Valley Music Travel will take good care of you.
Check their onsite Safari Lodging.
Try searching Airbnb.
Try some Couchsurfing with someone living nearby.
Try some nearby off-site camping options! Stay tuned for our list, or search yourself on Google.
There will be a locksmith on site (probably Sean or Wes—they’re super cool) and a AAA tow truck on standby. Ask your mom for her AAA card!
Be sure to stop by Lost & Found or check Lost & Found on the Coachella Mobile App to look for your keys, first! Lost & Found gets tons of unclaimed lost keys each year. Seriously it’s crazy.
The nearest train and bus stop is in downtown Indio, approximately 3 miles from the Venue.
Check out Getting Here for all the info about getting to Coachella.
The nearest gas station is approximately 3.6 miles away on Monroe Street and Highway 111.
To find the nearest charging station, search for the city of Indio in your preferred charging station finder app.
There are several food places up and down Highway 111.
The closest grocery store, coffee shop and several food places are in the shopping center with Ralphs at the corner of Jefferson Street and Avenue 50.
Google is your friend!
Friends & Family pick-up and drop-off info can be found here. Taxis must use Friends & Family on show days.
All pick-ups and drop-offs for Camping access Thursday should take place at Lot 2A.

Anyone can buy a Camping Pass. They are not tied to a festival order. You can give your Pass (spot) to whoever you want if you’re not going to use it.
No. If you are Car Camping, you may sleep in your car, on your car, next to your car or in many other creative sleeping places as long as they follow all camping rules and are within the lines of your allotted camping spot.
If you are tent camping, you may sleep on the ground in your spot without a tent if you really want to.
Do not sleep in the fire lanes. You could get run over by the porta-potty trucks. Ouch.
Please visit our Camping page amenities here.
Please visit our Camping page Prohibited Items list.
All camping areas are adjacent to the festival site. However, comfortable shoes are recommended as the camping lots are quite LARGE.
The use of outdoor cooking appliances is only permitted in the Car Camping lots.

The following is a list of the requirements for approval of outdoor cooking appliances:
More information and Not Allowed list can be found on the camping page.
Yes! Try this.
Acoustic instruments only will be allowed into camping. Please be courteous of your neighbors and abide by the noise curfew. If Crowd Management Staff (security) asks you to quiet down, please do so, damn it.
A legal guardian is a person who has the legal authority and corresponding duty to care for the personal and property interests of another person, called a ward. Usually, a person has the status of guardian because the ward is incapable of caring for his or her own interests due to infancy, incapacity, or disability.
Most countries and states have laws that provide that the parents of a minor child are the legal guardians of that child, and that the parents can designate who shall become the child’s legal guardian in the event of death.
A legal guardianship is obtained through court order, and the legal process for doing so is initiated by the prospective guardian.
Please note: An older sibling, older friend or friend of the family does not automatically count as a legal guardian. A legal guardian is someone who would be held legally responsible for you by a court of law. Generally, a legal guardian is the one who takes care of the minor when the minor’s birth-parents are no longer living, in jail or have lost their legal rights.
Both are located inside the venue. We'll post a 2024 map closer to show dates or you can head to an info kiosk for directions.
You will receive an AXS Mobile ID digital locker pass within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. Please note, your pass will be scanned at locker check in from the Coachella Festival app or download the AXS App (iOS and Android).
Let’s use the Medium Locker as an example. The ticketing company (AXS) charges $84 and a mobile pass becomes available in your AXS Account. When you check in to begin using your designated locker, you are given a lock to use with your locker. When you return the combo lock to us, we will give you $10 cash back. Your net total cost for the Medium Locker for three days is $74. You’ll leave the festival with $10 in your pocket – gas money for the drive home.
Maybe. There is a limited supply of lockers – and all of them are available online right now. Every locker will probably be reserved online before the festival begins. No one knows for sure. If the lockers sell out online, as they have for the past 9 years, there won’t be any lockers available to rent at the festival – unless someone cancels at the last minute.
No. You set your own combination.
Here’s Why:
Yes to all of the above! You’ll be able to get your fill of all kinds of great stuff. Visit our Eat & Drink page closer to show dates for delicious details. Download our Mobile app too!
Yes. There will be a Lost & Found at the festival accessible to the Venue & camping near the main entrance. You can search online during the shows (Check back closer to show dates here and on the mobile app). Please only give items you find to the Info Kiosks or Lost & Found directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.
Yes. Medical stations will be clearly visible at the show and marked on the festival maps.
Bottled water will be sold at numerous vendor locations in both the Venue and camping.
Maps will be posted on our website, social media and on the Coachella Mobile App. Lineup information, such as which time and stage each band will be playing on, will also be posted a couple of days before the festival.
Need a place to pump and store? We got you covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump) to select medical tents for an exclusive pumping & feeding space. All locations will have power for electric pumps as well as washing stations (non-potable water) with soap and sanitizing wipes. Refrigeration capabilities will be available in select medical tents in venue and in camping. (Exact refrigeration locations include Lobby Medical, Coachella Courtyard, Mojave Medical, and Camping Medical).
Check Festival Map for medical locations.
See below for all Health & Safety information.
The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and attendance requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, promoter or event terms, conditions or rules, then the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to viruses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and confirm that they will adhere to federal, state and local mandates and/or any quarantine or isolation recommendations.
Security and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. You will notice safety measures upon your arrival such as dog sweeps, bag checks, and walk-through metal detectors (magnetometers, open gates or evolve systems) for all attendees, staff, and performers.
Please note that we will implement safety screenings upon festival entry. Please arrive early and note the Prohibited Items list. Prohibited items will be refused upon entry and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or disposed of by the patron.
In the event of an emergency, information may be relayed on the video screens, over the audio system, and/or through mobile notifications via the festival app.
If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member. And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or public safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
