How Resale Works For Sellers

Click “List Your Passes” and log in.

Go to “Your Tickets” & choose the order with the passes you want to sell.

Click "Get Started" to first prepare the passes to be resold.

Once prepared for sale, Click “Sell”.
Check Icon
Check the box beside each pass you want to list for sale. Click “Continue” to enter your selling price and listing options.*

Follow the prompts to set up your payment account, review details & complete your listing.

List Your Passes

Important Resale Info

  • Not all passes are resale eligible.
  • Once you’ve listed your passes, they will be immediately available for other fans to buy.
  • If the Sell button is not displayed or is grayed out, this indicates that your passes are not eligible for resale.
  • Passes must be paid in full to be resold.
  • No shipping required! Once your pass has sold, a new wristband will be issued directly to the buyer. You can still try to resell a pass after it arrives in the mail, and even after it has been registered. Once sold, the original physical pass will be voided and can be discarded.
  • If you have already received your pass, be sure to check the sell.
  • There is no guarantee that passes can be resold.
  • All sales are final.

General Resale Info For Sellers

General Info
  • You cannot sell "part" of a pass. (Example: Your 3-day pass cannot be broken up across days.)
  • Only sold-out items may be available for resale.
  • Passes listed for resale will be sold anonymously.
  • As the seller, you set your listing price and any listing expiration date per pass.
  • You can delete your listing at any time.
  • All unsold camping listings will expire at 10am on Wednesday prior to the event, and at 10am on Friday (first day of each weekend) for festival passes.
Emails and Payments for Seller
  • You will be sent an email from AXS once your listing has sold.
  • Before discarding wristbands, be sure to check the registration code to note which pass(es) have sold.
  • At that point, you will see the appropriate funds (the selling price of the pass, minus your seller fee) in your AXS account.
    • Seller fee is only collected if your pass is sold.
  • Once the event has taken place, you will be able to transfer the funds to your selected financial institution.
    • After you complete the transfer, the money will be in your bank account in 7–10 business days.
  • All unsold camping listings will expire at 10am on Wednesday prior to the event, and at 10am on Friday (the first day of each weekend) for festival passes.

  • See what’s available — all in one place — for a fair price by shopping for passes via AXS Official Resale.
  • If an event is Sold Out, keep checking the event page for passes listed for sale by other fans that may be available.
  • Every AXS Official Resale pass is 100% valid. Buying passes from other fans with AXS Official Resale is safe, simple, and worry-free.
  • Domestic resale passes purchased prior to March 27th (Weekend 1) & April 3rd (Weekend 2) will ship to your billing address.
    • Passes purchased after those dates will need to be picked up at Will Call at Indian Wells Tennis Garden beginning the Wednesday prior to each show.

Resale FAQs

Why can’t I sell my pass?

Not all passes are available for AXS Official Resale. This could be due to the show being unavailable for resale, the order not paid in full, or the pass may be classified as a special offer type that is non-transferable. Only sold out items may be available for resale. Please note it may take up to 72 hours from purchase or completing your payment plan before you pass is eligible to sell.

When does a resale listing expire?

It’s up to you! When listing passes, you decide how long your listing will be available for others to buy. Please note: La Campana Camping & Lake Eldorado resale listings will automatically expire when fulfillment begins. Remaining unsold camping listings will expire at 10am on Wednesday prior to the event and Friday (first day of each weekend) at 10am for festival passes.

Generally, these are your options:

  • One Day From Now
  • One Week From Now
  • One Day Before Event (Thursday)
  • One Hour Before Event (Friday at 9am)
  • At Event Start Time (Friday at 10am)

Remember, you can delete your listing at any time (as long as the passes haven’t sold).

I listed my pass for sale but changed my mind. Will my pass still ship to me?

If you listed a pass for sale and then removed your listing, you pass will revert back to your original method of delivery while still applicable.

Do I have to deal with the buyer when selling tickets?

Never. AXS handles payment and delivery so buyers and sellers never need to interact with each other.

Where can I see how much money I will get back for my listing?

The price will be displayed prior to you listing your passes for Resale.

Are passes purchased on AXS Official Resale legit?

Yes, passes purchased with AXS Official Resale are 100% valid & authenticated. Do not buy passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. The festival won't service, authenticate, or support passes purchased from any unauthorized third parties and are unable to assist in any such transactions.

Can I use Coachella account credit on a resale purchase?

You cannot use an account credit for a resale purchase. Account credits are only available to be used on standard/primary purchases or can be applied to waitlist orders.

Where/when do I see the passes I listed for sale?

You can review your listing in your FanAccount.
